Fit4Baby is a total fitness program for women at any stage of pregnancy. The 60-minute classes include cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels following the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists guidelines for fitness during pregnancy. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.
