How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Holds on accounts are for maternity leave, extended military leave, medical leave, or family emergencies. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months and a one time $25 hold fee will apply.
All requests, including cancellations must be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due. Please send email all request: email@example.com
If you do not adhere to the 30 business day request, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
