Little Rock Fit4Mom Membership Agreement »


This contract is made between the client and Little Rock FIT4MOM (SSLR, LLC) and is a month to month agreement and except as provided in the initial 10 day cancellation policy below, may be terminated by either party with the proper advance notice, in writing, at least 30 days prior to the expected final day of membership. Depending on your purchase, this membership allows you to attend Stroller Strides classes or Body Back classes.


I authorize Little Rock FIT4MOM (SSLR, LLC) to initiate a charge to the account entered into Front Desk for my dues. This authorization is to remain effective until I have cancelled my membership through the Little Rock FIT4MOM administrator.

I have the right to stop payment on an Electronic Funds Transfer debit by notifying my bank. This, however, does not void my contract with Little Rock FIT4MOM to fulfill my payment commitment and I am obligated to pay. All clients taking class on the above date may be included in filming or photography. In consideration of this, you give Little Rock FIT4MOM, its legal representatives and assigns, those for whom Little Rock FIT4MOM is acting, SSLR, LLC, and those acting with his/her authority and permission:

a) the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

b) I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith.

In The Stroller Please!

It's inevitable, class is coming to an end and your child has had enough..."I want out!" she screams. While we know it's sometimes tempting to let your little one out during class, we are urging you to be mindful of Stroller Strides’ nation-wide policy of keeping children safely secured in the stroller for the duration of class. It is very likely that a child could be injured by a snapping exercise tube or a falling stroller, especially if mom is distracted by the exercise she is performing.

For your child's safety and your peace of mind, please adhere to our policy and assure her that she can get out after our last and most important stretch – a smile. That’s when we let the children run and play, after the tubes have been put away and mom can focus her attention on her child. It only takes one child out of the stroller to set off a chorus of screams from the other children. If you feel you do have to let your child out, please excuse yourself from class for the day and try again the next class.
