Welcome to April...this new month brings a new FIT4MOM challenge. April is all about those abs with a "Crunch Fest".
- As you come up into your crunch, relax your face and neck. Keep your chin off your chest.
- Exhale on the upwards phase of the movement as your drawn your rib cage towards your hip bones.
- Finally, think of pulling your belly button towards your spine as you come up and keep a low-level core contraction as your descend out of the crunch.
Get crunching - by month's end you will feel and see the difference in your core strength.
