Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The twice-weekly workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Evening classes for the working mom. A great way to turn off work and reconnect with your baby.

We've moved back to Allsopp Park!! Class meets by the playground, as long as the start-time temperature is at least 50 degrees and there's no severe weather.
In inclement weather, class will meet inside the entrance from the upper parking deck at PHUMC (4823 Woodlawn, 72205).

Fit4Baby is a total fitness program for women at any stage of pregnancy. The 45-minute classes include cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels.

When can I start? As soon as you learn you are expecting and have checked with your physician.

What do I need for class? We suggest athletic shoes, a towel or mat for ground work, and plenty of water.

When do classes meet? Classes meet on Monday at 5:45 p.m. at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, Entrance 1, Room C236
